The Lofts at Savoy offer a variety of floor plans to meet your individual needs. Below are the most common layouts. Actual units may vary slightly in size and finish.
The High Top- The High Top features an open first floor layout. The living space opens into the kitchen. All of the kitchens come standard with stainless steel appliances. The High Top has 2 bedrooms on the second floor.
The Low Top- The Low Top also features an open first floor layout. The living space opens into the kitchen. All of the kitchens feature stainless steel appliances. As the name implies the 2 bedrooms in this unit are below the main living space. This feature provides the perfect environment for uninterrupted sleep.
The Flat - As the name indicates these units are one floor. Single floor living is convenient for many of our tenants. The main living space is similar to both the low and high tops. It features an open floor plan where the main living space opens into the kitchen. All of the kitchens feature stainless steel appliances.
The Sandal - This layout refers to our 1 bedroom layout. The 1 bedroom layout is a partical design just like a sandal.
