Technology adoption is one of the founding principals of SlateHouse. Typically new tech is not integrated into property management like it is in other industries. SlateHouse is committed to changing this. SlateHouse has licensed and developed over a dozen tech platforms that it syncs together to provide full service property management unlike any other company. Services included in our management:

Scale

By design, SlateHouse has scale, currently managing over 5,000 units. This amount of scale is rare and doesn’t exist in scattered site property management outside of a handful of companies nationwide. Scale is a tremendous value-add for our owners. It allows us to negotiate better pricing on materials and contractor rates. Contractors give SlateHouse preferential treatment because they value the relationship. City inspectors and officials know SlateHouse and work well with SlateHouse. We are able to offer our employees full benefits including healthcare and a 401k creating better employee retention and ultimately better stability for your property.


Experience

In addition to your experienced property manager and maintenance coordinator, SlateHouse has a leadership team that we are very proud of. These individuals have been hand selected for their diverse experience in the property management and real estate investing field. Our leadership team spans the east coast and consists of individuals with specialized experience in Real Estate Investing, Commercial Real Estate, HUD properties, Section 8, Maintenance, Evictions, Technology, and Digital Marketing.
