To find a tenant, we charge a one time fee of 50% of the monthly rent.  This includes professional pictures, a full rent estimate, listing the property on 100+ websites, in-person showing of the house, and a full background check of the tenant.

The SlateHouse Lebanon office is located in an ideal location, right in the middle of downtown Lebanon on the ground floor at 1349 Cumberland St, Lebanon, PA 17042.
