SlateHouse Cleaning was originally established to exclusively clean apartments before new tenants moved in. We have a lot of experience in the market space. Cleaning a city apartment before a tenant moves in is much different that cleaning a suburban development home every other week. We have tested and perfected different cleaning methods for situations that seem to only occur in tenant occupied apartments. Did the tenant let the electric get shut off and now the refrigerator looks like a science experiment? Don't worry, we have you covered. Did the tenant forgot to clean the bathroom for the 12 months they lived there? Don't worry, we have you covered.
Simple Pricing
We charge $22 per hour for cleaning. That price includes all cleaning supplies. Our employees are all properly insured with liability insurance and workmen's compensation. We offer a professional services at a reasonable price.
